This moment was a true honor, as it served as a meaningful affirmation that I’m successfully delivering exceptional service—not only to our clients but also to the carrier partners I collaborate with.
Our office presents annual, peer-driven awards that recognize team members who go above and beyond in serving our clients, supporting our carrier relationships, and upholding our core values. In 2020, I was honored with the Relentless Focus Award and the Trifecta Award, the latter signifying nominations in all three core categories: Relentless Focus, Exceptional Standards, and Enduring Relationships. In 2024, I was again proud to receive the Exceptional Standards Award, along with a second Trifecta Award. These recognitions hold special meaning for me, as they are entirely based on nominations and votes from peers—making them a true reflection of the respect and trust of my colleagues.
